Girls self defense training kharar

We all are very well known to the environment of these days. It is not safe for girls these days to go out alone. Don't know from where a bad threat is coming towards her. A girl can be your daughter, sister, your wife or anyone. Either we need to go along with them everywhere as security person or make them able to defend their self from these bad threats of society.

I am providing Special classes and sessions to girls in kharar (Punjab). Trying to make them that much able so that they can defend there self any where and in any conditions.

I am national level Taekwondo Player and hardcore martial artist. Expert in Street fights science, psychology of bad elements of society and also can fill a girl child with lots of courage and strength.

I have deep sense of human body's weak parts and where to attack and how to defend yourself. Anybody can make his/her body a dangerous weapon as he/she want it to be like.

Weapon Training is also available like how to use stick, Newspaper, pen and any other easily available materiel to defend yourself.
